Financial Policy

• You are responsible for all fees charged whether or not you have dental insurance
• Payment is required at the time of your appointment
• We accept VISA, MasterCard, Interac / Debit, and currency

INSURANCE

• If you have dental insurance and you wish to use these benefits, please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment
• We will be happy to assist you with your dental insurance by sending a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance carrier to determine if the proposed treatment is a covered benefit
• Upon completion of your treatment and receipt of payment by this office from you, we will be happy to send a claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf
• We may be able to submit information to your insurance carrier electronically to minimize the  response time
• If you are eligible, you will be reimbursed directly by your insurance carrier
